The coaching approach used is based on the Focused Flow workbook- A model for writing success has now been published as a self-help guide for writers to help them overcome obstacles to the writing process and optimise productivity. It's available at the introductory price of £2.99 on Kindle, and includes hyperlinks to supporting resources.
It has been developed with detailed but accessible explanations, exercises, and diagrams to illustrate and explain the Focused Flow writing cycle. A pdf of the complete workbook is included in the ten-week coaching package.
